My name is Mary Christian but I go by Kathy. For a number of years I have been a Human Resources Director
in various industries including manufacturing, telecommunications and healthcare. Two years ago I was offered the opportunity
to become a Nursing Home Administrator and I have been working on obtaining my licence since then. I have been an Asst.
Administrator for two years in the for-profit sector. Just two weeks ago I accepted my first Administrator position.
I feel very fortunate to have been offered my first position in the not-for-profit sector. This is a wonderful home
and one that I am proud to be associated with.
I am very pleased to be on the way to completing my BSBA at Walden University and plan to complete my masters
immediately following. This has been a goal of mine for a long time.
I have been acting as the Group Leader on this project and will also act in the capacity of Editor to collect and
summarize the work of the group.
